Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality services that meet your expectations. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Our refund policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our clients.

Eligibility for Refunds
Service Not Delivered: If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund.
Service Not as Described: If the services provided do not meet the agreed-upon specifications or quality standards, you may request a partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
Cancellation by Client: If you choose to cancel the services before work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund. If work has already commenced, the refund amount will be prorated based on the progress made.
Refund Process
Request a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team via email at support@email.com or through our website's contact form.
Review and Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, process the refund within 7-10 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Non-Refundable Situations
Completed Services: Once the services have been fully delivered and accepted by the client, refunds will not be issued.
Partial Completion: If the services have been partially completed and the client wishes to cancel, a prorated refund will be issued based on the work completed.
Custom Orders: Services that are customized to the client's specific requirements may not be eligible for a refund once work has begun.
